چکیده
Repair materials have been developed in this research by adding micro-synthetic fibers cement-based mortar. In addition, accelerator is incorporated the mortar to obtain high early strength of repair materials. Their shrinkage behavior interest. This study aims determine fiber-reinforced and propose models reflect their behavior. The results show that rapid developments are observed at an age where 3-day already attains about 40–50% 84-day value. Moreover, after 14 days curves tend approach asymptotic ACI 209.2R-08 CEB-MC 90-99 do not shape Therefore, proposes a modified can describe accuracy has confirmed quantitatively using method best fit line, residual analysis, coefficient error.

Tensile failure mechanisms in synthetic fibre-reinforced mortar
The ultimate tensile behaviour of fibre-reinforced cementitious composites is closely related to its failure mechanisms which in turn are dependent on reinforcement parameters such as fibre characteristics and the fibre/matrix interface properties. Based on the direct tensile tests of mortar specimens reinforced with various synthetic fibres, this paper attempts to explain such relationships an...
متن کاملInfluence of aggregate size and volume fraction on shrinkage induced micro-cracking of concrete and mortar
In this paper, the influence of aggregate size and volume fraction on shrinkage induced micro-cracking and permeability of concrete and mortar was investigated. Nonlinear finite element analyses of model concrete and mortar specimens with regular and random aggregate arrangements were performed. The aggregate diameter was varied between 2 and 16 mm. Furthermore, a range of volume fractions betw...

Introduction: Micro perforated panel (MPP) absorbents promise the next generation of sound absorbers as they have significant advantages over other porous adsorbents. In this study, we will investigate the acoustic performance of MPP absorbents made of biodegradable polylactic acid composite reinforced with natural corkwood fibers (PLA/Corkwood) by 3D printing technology. Material and Methods:...
متن کاملWet/Dry Cycling Durability of Cement Mortar Composites Reinforced with Micro- and Nanoscale Cellulose Pulps
A combination of reinforcements at different levels can have a synergetic effect on the final properties of a composite. The aim of this work was to produce, evaluate, and compare the wet/dry cycling durability of the exposure of cement composites reinforced with conventional pulps at the micro-scale level, with nanofibrillated cellulose fibers at the nano-scale level, and with combinations of ...
